      在植物工厂中,人造光源对作物生长发育的影响起到了关键性作用,其光谱能量分布是人造光源性能重要参数。本文通过分析两种不同LED灯的光谱特性,来评价其对生菜生长的影响,通过试用,确定生菜栽培中光环境调控策略。本文利用LI-1500和AvaSpec-USB 2采集红蓝LED(R∶B=9∶1)、白红LED(W∶R=5∶1)的两种LED灯,在距灯管边缘20、40、60cm处的光照强度和光谱分布曲线,了解其光谱能量分布规律。结果表明:红蓝光LED灯光谱分布极不均匀,在距灯管边缘20,40,60cm处,R∶B分别是2.1∶1,10.7∶1,77.9∶1,3点平均R∶B为8.9∶1。而白红LED灯在每一点光谱分布基本均匀。将两种光源应用于实际生菜种植中,分析光源的耗电量和电能利用效率,对比生菜形态、生物量积累和叶绿素含量,分析光谱分布对植物工厂生菜生长的影响。种植结果表明,白红LED灯耗电量小于红蓝LED灯,但是电能利用效率反而高。白红LED灯照射下的生菜形态(除叶片数)、生物量积累均显著高于红蓝LED,而红蓝LED照射下的生菜叶绿素a/b却显著高于白红LED。上述结果说明,光谱分布的一致性对生菜种植影响显著,光谱分布是否一致是光源选择的重要指标。

      As the land resources become increasingly nervous,people have higher and higher requirements on yield and quality of vegetables,this highly productive agricultural facilities such as plant factory draws more people attention,moreover,plant factory is under totally enclosed conditions for crop production,in such conditions,artificial light sources play a crucial role influence on crop growth and development. The spectral energy distribution is an important parameters of artificial light sources performance. This paper evaluates LED lights’ effects on lettuce growth by analyzing the spectral characteristics of two different kinds of LED lights and determine the light environment control strategy in the course of cultivation of lettuce through the trial. This paper acquires two different LED(red and blue LED light,R∶B = 9∶1;white and red,W∶R=5∶1)light intensity and the spectral distribution curve from the edge of tube 20,40 and 60 cm by using LI-1500 and AvaSpec -USB 2 to understand the spectral energy distribution. The results shows that the distribution spectrum of Red and blue LED light is uneven. R∶B is 2.1∶1,10.7∶1 and 77.9∶1 respectively from the edge of tube 20,40 and 60 cm,the average R∶B of three measurement point is 8.9∶1,moreover the white and red LED light spectral distribution is even largely in every measurement point. The two light sources are applied to actual lettuce planting,by contrasting the differences of lettuce morphology and biomass accumulation,we analysis spectral distribution effect on lettuce growth in plant factory. Planting results show that white LED light power consumption is less than the red and blue LED,however,white LED light has higher energy utilization efficiency. The white and red LED light energy utilization efficiency is 0.94%,and the red and blue LED light energy use efficiency is 0.07%. Furthermore,lettuce morphology(except leaf number)and biomass accumulation under the irradiation of white and red LED light are significantly higher than that of red and blue LED light. The above results indicate that consistent of spectral distribution has significant effects on lettuce planting,the consistent of spectral distribution is an important indicator to select light sources.
