      为研究不同卷烟材料及其不同设计参数对卷烟焦油及危害性成分释放量的影响规律,共对6中卷烟材料及各5个水平参数的设计进行了研究分析。结果表明,卷烟纸透气度对降焦减害具有较大作用,与焦油、H、CO、NNK、B[a]P、氨、苯酚、HCN呈显著线性负相关;卷烟纸克重对降焦减害显著不明显,与B[a]P、苯酚具呈显著线性负相关;卷烟纸助燃剂含量对降焦减害具有一定效果,与焦油、H呈线性负相关;卷烟纸含麻比例含量增大,卷烟焦油释放量及危害性指数整体呈递增趋势,卷烟纸含麻比例与焦油无显著相关关系,与H呈线性正相关;滤嘴通风率对降焦减害具有较大作用,滤嘴通风率与焦油、H、CO、B[a]P、氨、苯酚、HCN呈显著线性负相关,与NNK、巴豆醛释放量之间有一定负相关关系;滤嘴长度对于降焦减害具有较大作用,滤嘴长度与焦油、H、NNK、B[a]P、氨、苯酚、HCN呈显著线性负相关。

      In order to study the influence of different cigarette materials and design parameters on the release of tar and harmful substances, six kinds of cigarette materials and five design parameters were studied. The results showed that the air permeability of cigarette paper had a great effect on the reduction of tar and harm, and had a significant linear negative correlation with tar, H, CO, NNK, B[a]P, ammonia, phenol and HCN; the gram weight of cigarette paper had a no significant linear correlation on the reduction of tar and harm ,but a significant linear negative correlation with B[a]P and phenol; the content of cigarette paper combustion improver had a certain effect on the reduction of tar and harm, and a linear negative correlation with tar and H; the proportion of hemp in cigarette paper increased, the release of tar and the hazard index of cigarette showed an overall increasing trend.; the proportion of hemp in cigarette paper had no significant correlation with tar, but had a linear positive correlation with H; the ventilation rate of filter has a greater role in reducing tar and harm, and the ventilation rate of filter has a significant linear negative correlation with tar, H, CO, B[a]P, ammonia, phenol, HCN, and has a linear negative correlation with NNK, crotonaldehyde release; the filter length has a significant linear negative correlation with tar, H, NNK, B[a]P, ammonia, phenol and HCN.
